Street Cruiser No. 4

L16

Just over a Month (July ’10) after buying T24, my fourth Street Cruiser, what is now L16 appeared on eBay has a non-runner, so got in touch with the owner and actually went to view before I purchased, this is the only PT I have actually viewed before purchase, but did buy it there and then and within 30 minutes it was on a recovery truck heading for Wakefield from Farnworth, Bolton.

This was going to be dismantled, some parts to be kept/swapped, the rest to sell on.

But decided to have a go at fixing before I dismantled her, it became the Street Cruiser 4 project which my Grandson, Luke, age 8 at the time and myself did, in a nut shell we swapped engine and gearbox, ecu, ignition system, fitted new wishbone arms, front brake disc and pads.

She is now the most used Street Cruiser I own, she does the supermarket run, work and even made UKC PITP 2011 along with Baby Inca.
