My Second Street Cruiser

After owning Baby Inca my First Street Cruiser for almost 5 years and spending loads on her modifications etc, I decided to purchase a cheap run around, initially I bought a Skoda Felicia, did the job.

Within a few months a cheap PT came on the market, Silver Auto in Nottingham, so did my sums not much difference so the Skoda went and I bought the Silver PT, lovely car, lazy drive used a little more petrol than Baby Inca, but was a lot happier in this than the Skoda.

Then one evening in June 2008 on eBay a Street Cruiser appeared, 5 miles away from me, I put in a bid for a few days I was the highest bidder, could I win...not sure what Street Cruisers were fetching, I started looking round, Auto Trader, Exchange & Mart, Classifieds basically anything on internet..found a few which gave me an idea of price, the auction finished and I was outbid at the last minute, I was very disappointed...but I now wanted a second Street Cruiser.

So back on the internet and found what is now J22...she was just outside Southampton...a quick call to the Trader...and without viewing I paid a deposit and a few days later I was on a train to Southampton, cheapest ticket available one way on Trainline.com £30...direct from Wakefield to Southampton (No Changes) and First Class, free coffee, sandwiches and snacks.

So June 2008 I became the very proud owner of J22, my second Street Cruiser which would be my daily run around...

A month later I sold the Silver PT to someone in...Southampton

Normally Baby Inca does Holidays, but we came here after leaving J22 parked at Midlands Airport whilst we had a fortnight in Spain.
